Day 1: Da Nang (D)
Pick up at aiport and transfer to hotel. Have short relax. Come and spend the
late afternoon on China beach.
Day 2: Da Nang - Hue (B, L, D)
Have breakfast, depart early for Hue (1h). Arrive in Hue and then take a boat
trip on Perfume River to visit Thien Mu pagoda and Minh Mang tomb, one of the
most famous king in the last feudal dynasty in Vietnam. Have lunch and then
continue our tour with visiting Nam Giao where used to be a place for offerring
sacrifices...Then tourists have free time on Thuan An beach. Evening: After
dinner, we have a boat trip on Perfume River and enjoy Hue’s special folk
music. Overnight in Hue.
Day 3: Hue - Quang Tri - Dong Hoi (B, L, D)
After having breakfast, we go ahead Quang Tri and visit Vinh Moc tunnel, one of
2 famous tunnels in Vietnam. Then we visit Quang Tri ancient citadel where war
took place so violently. Have lunch and continue to Dong Hoi town. Overnight in
Dong Hoi.
Day 4: Dong Hoi - Phong Nha - Da Nang (B, L, D)
Visit Phong Nha cave - system of cave which is reguarded as The Natural World
Heritage by UNESCO. Lying on the right of Rao Song (Rao means River), a river
branch at the end of the Giang River in Chu Nghe Village (Quang Binh province),
the cave of Phong Nha was first called Chu Nghe cave by the local people. The
cave opening looks small and low from a far as if the boat were unable to go
through. Yet the entrance turn out to be 10 meters high by 25 meters wide at
close range, stalactites are hanging down from the roof like great front teeth
unevenly arranged. Maybe it is because of those horrible gales and huge teeth
that the cave is called Phong Nha, the teeth of wind. Have lunch and then back
Da Nang. O/N in Da Nang.
Day 5: Da Nang - My Son - Hoi An (B, L, D)
Depart for My Son Holy Land. Situated 60 km southwest of Da Nang, My Son is an
important religious center of the Cham, built during the dynasty of King
Bhadravarman in the 4th century. My Son means "Nice Mountain" and was
the site of the most important Cham intellectual and religious center and might
also have served as a burial place for the Cham monarchs. A Jeep will pick you
up at the gate and transfer to the group of towers. After visiting the towers,
onward to Hoi An. This ancient town, situated on left bank of the Thu Bon
River, is a riverside town which formerly became an important port in the 17th
and 18th centuries. The town became known for excellent quality bamboo curtains
and rattan. Many new looms were built, some became electrically operated. Today
Hoi An is an ideal place for getting away from the crowded streets of Da Nang.
The Chinese who came here in the 17th century left behind some interesting
assembly halls. Congregation halls and merchant houses together with one of the
quaintest temples in Hoi An. We spend the afternoon walk around the town to
visit these relics ans ancient house. O/N in Hoi An.
Day 6: Da Nang Departure (B)
Depart for Da Nang for your own flight.
