All rates are in USD per room per night, including buffet breakfast, 10% VAT & 5% service charges.

No extra charge for child under 5 sharing bed with parents. 

Add 35 US$ per extra bed for villa rooms only. Maximum one extra bed in one room.

The Vietnamese law requests Marriage Certificate for couple of foreign man & Vietnamese lady sharing one room.

Peak Season Surcharge: add more USD25/room/night will be applied for applied for peak periods such as Christmas & New Year (20-31 Dec 2009 & 01-10 Jan 2010), Lunar new Year (12-16 Feb 2010), Easter (02-05 April 2010) and other public holidays (30 April - 3 May 2010).
