Day 1: Arrive Siem Reap 

Our guide and coach will wait and pick up at Siem Reap International airport then transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 2: Siem Reap - Angkor Thom - Angkor Wat (B, L)

In the morning: After breakfast, transfer to visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Terrace of Elephant, Terrace of Leper King and Pimean Akas.

In the afternoon: Transfer to visit the famous temple of Cambodia, Angkor Wat then continue to visit the Bakheng Hill temple with Sun Set included from the top of this hill, back hotel. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 3: Siem Reap - Petit Circuit - Grand Circuit  (B, L)

In the morning, visit group of Petit Circuit, Thommanon, Chau Say Teveda, Ta Keo, Ta Promh, Banteay Kdei and Sras Sarng. Lunch at local restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit group of Grand Circuit, Preah Khan, Neak Pean, Ta Som, East Meborn & Pre Rup. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 4: Siem Reap - Hanoi (B)

Free day at leisure until we transfer you to the airport for your flight to Ha Noi. VN 842    REP  18:05  HAN  20:00. Pick up and transfer to your hotel.

Day 5: Hanoi City Tour (B, L)

Today we enjoy a full day city tour of this charming capital city including the mausoleum of the nation's founder Ho Chi Minh (close on Monday & Friday), the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, the impressive Ethnologic Museum, the beautiful West Lake, the Tran Vu Pagoda, the peaceful lake of the Restored Sword.

Late afternoon we take a cyclo tour for a short excursion through the bustling old quarter streets named after the specific goods once offered for sale at these places. In the evening, we enjoy a fantastic traditional water puppet show.  Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 6: Hanoi - Ha Long (B, L)

Morning drive to Halong Bay (165km), Vietnam most scenic sight, a recognized World Natural Heritage Site. Upon arrival, board your deluxe traditional wooden junk. Welcome drink on board. After a relaxing break, enjoy a delicious seafood lunch while cruising through the wonderful Ha Long bay visiting its amazing grottoes and caves. Opportunity to dive off the boat and have a pleasant swimming in the deep blue water of East Sea before relaxing on your sun deck to view a Halong sunset.  Dinner on board with excellent fresh seafood.  Overnight on board.

Day 7: Ha Long - Hanoi - Hue (B)

Get up early to catch the sunrise on the bay and relax with a cup of hot coffee or tea. We depart for a visit to the splendid Sung Sot grotto and a quick glimpse of a nearby fishing village. Enjoy brunch  on board while cruising back through Halong bay to the pier. Transfer to Hanoi Airport for afternoon flight to Hue – VN 247   HAN 17:45 HUI 18:55. Pick up and transfer to you hotel, evening free at leisure in Hue.  Overnight in Hue

Day 8: Hue (B, L)

Morning cruise leisurely along the romantic Perfume River visiting the Thien Mu Pagoda and the Imperial tomb of the Emperor Minh Mang.  Afternoon free time at leisure.  Overnight in Hue.

Day 9: Hue - Hoi An (B, L)

Transfer to Hoi An by private car (145km). Break at Lang Co beach where you can have a nice swim. Visit Cham Museum and Marble mountain on the way. Hotel check-in upon arrival.  Free for relaxing.  Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 10: Hoi An (B, L)

Full day visit Hoi An, one of the major trading centers of South East Asia in the 16th century, now a World Cultural Heritage Site, well-known for its ancient and remarkable architecture of mixed Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese styles from the 16th century. Visit the 200 year-old Tan Ky house, Phuc Kien Pagoda, the former merchants’ houses, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colourful riverside market.  Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 11: Hoi an (B)

Days free to cycle through rice paddies in the countryside of Hoi An ancient town, shop for souvenirs among the antique shops and art galleries, or just sit at sidewalk cafes and soak up the atmosphere of this quaint town. Or relax on the white sandy beach of the famous China Beach.  Overnight in Hoi an.

Day 12: Hoi An - Da Nang - Saigon (B)

Free at leisure until leaving Hoi An to Danang airport for the short flight to Ho Chi Minh – VN 323   DAD 11:00 SGN 12:10. Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to the hotel for check in. Free at leisure.  Overnight in Saigon.

Day 13: Saigon - Mekong Delta & My Tho - Saigon (B, L)

Drive to My Tho (65km). On arrival we take a private boat trip along the small canals of Mekong River seeing the daily life of the Mekong River people in both sides of the river. Then take a short tour by “xe loi” (motorized rickshaw) on the rural lane to the bank of Mekong River visiting a rice farm, coconut candy factory and honey bee farm. Continue our journey by sampan through the canals and mangrove forests to reach an island. Stroll on a fruit garden, taste diverse types of seasonal fruits, tea mixed with bee’s honey and enjoy a special folk show of traditional Mekong Delta music.

Afternoon back to Ho Chi Minh, stop en route visiting the beautiful Vinh Trang pagoda, the most famous pagoda in the south of Vietnam whose architecture is a mixture of Vietnamese, Kh’mer and Chinese.  Overnight in Saigon.

Day 14: Saigon - Tay Ninh - Cu Chi Tunnels - Saigon (B, L)

Enjoy a morning drive through typical southern Vietnamese countryside to Tay Ninh Province in the west of Vietnam. At Tay Ninh visit the incredible Cao Dai Great Temple, with architecture that could have come straight from a Walt Disney fantasy and where all the major faiths of the world blend together in a unique religious cocktail. In the afternoon visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the long struggle for independence.  Overnight in Saigon

Day 15: Saigon - Phan Thiet (B)

After breakfast, check out the hotel and head to Phan Thiet which is 200km northeast from Ho Chi Minh City and lies south of Cam Ranh Bay on the southernmost stretch of Central Vietnam. Once a part of the Cham Kingdom, it’s now a perfect stop for beach holidays, an unremarkable town with a reasonable beach, some decent hotels, and a very good golf course. In a nice setting with white sand beaches and coconut trees, the beach resort of Phan Thiet is also endowed with amazing spots such as sand dunes, natural lakes and astonishing red canyons.  Phan Thiet still has sizeable populations of Cham and Raglai ethnic minority groups. The former are a part of the area’s Cham heritage.

Upon arrival, check in at the hotel, free time at leisure.

Day 16 - 17: Phan Thiet (B)

Days free to explore the area including the fishing village of Mui Ne which locates at the far end of the beach, the village and several hectares of massive rolling sand dunes make a pleasant diversion from relaxing on the beach, swimming and windsurfing.  The village is worth a visit for three reasons – firstly, very few tourists go further than the dunes, secondly, the small harbour is picturesque (there’s an excellent view from where the dunes road turns off) and thirdly, there’s an interesting pagoda where followers of Vietnam’s whale cult hold services and store skeletons of the massive sea mammals.

Day 18: Phan Thiet – Sai Gon (B)

Free at leisure until we transfer you back to Ho Chi Minh (Sai Gon) for your departure.
